pressure or temperature or both
PROCEDURE TYPE : Type of any special procedure
required for the manufacture of the sensor.
PRODUCT CODE: Code of the Transmitter
SEP. &/OR SERVICES : Code of remote seal or code
for special services or calibration
MANIFOLD OR ORIFICE : Code of man. or int. orifice.
