DISPLAY: Setting item menu screen
Select "3 INIT. KEY MODE" and press the ENTER key.
The KEY LAYOUT is initialized to the default setting.
[FREE KEY LAYOUT] -- [4 NAME]
DISPLAY: Setting item menu screen
Select "4 NAME" and press the ENTER key.
Type the KEY NAME on the TEXT entry display.
