The MyCalls all begin with 'KSS' and are set with the Startup Type of Automatic.
To disable the Call Control and Collector Service, right click on them and select Properties. In the
Startup Type drop down menu, select Disabled. If the service is running, then it can be stopped by
clicking the Stop button. If the service is restarted then the services will not automatically run.
