Removing the blocking plate
You can remove the blocking plate to further raise the
flue gas temperature if the flue gas temperature is still
too low after removing of the baffles.
B Open burner door by removing the two hexagon bolts
at the sides.
B Remove blocking plate by loosening bolt.
B Re-check the flue gas temperature.

Manual reset high limit (STB)
The manual reset high limit interrupts the power supply
if the maximum permissible flow temperature is
exceeded.
To enable a boiler reset and re-starting, the fault must be
removed and the system temperature must have fallen
below the limit.
B Check the function of the manual reset high limit
(
controls maintenance instructions).

B Attach burner door jacket in the slots of the front
boiler cover.
B Slightly lift the burner door jacket until it hooks into
the bottom cross bar.
