NOTE:
All system board spare part kits include a processor and replacement thermal material.
Description
System board or use in models with discrete graphics equipped with the following processors:
Intel Core i7-8550U processor with an MX130 graphics card with 2 GB of discrete graphics memory
Intel Core i7-8550U processor with an MX150 graphics card and 4 GB of discrete graphics memory
Intel Core i7-8550U processor with an MX150 graphics card and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory on
models with a fingerprint reader
Intel Core i5-8250U processor with an MX130 graphics card and 4 GB of discrete graphics memory
Intel Core i5-8250U processor with an MX130 graphics card and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory
Intel Core i5-8250U processor with an MX130 graphics card and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory and a
fingerprint reader
Intel Core i5-8250U processor with an MX150 graphics card and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory and a
fingerprint reader

System board for use in models with UMA graphics equipped with the following processors:

Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and
then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4.
Remove the following components:

Bottom cover (see

Battery (see
c.
Hard drive (see
d.
Fan (see
When replacing the system board, be sure to remove the following components from the defective system
board and install them on the replacement system board:
