1. Input voltage is not correct R(L1), S(L2),
T(L3).
2. Power wiring connections may not be correct.
3. Noise filter and / or connection error. Main PCB
may be damaged.
4. Inverter PCB input current sensor error.
Check R(L1) / S(L2) / T(L3) wiring connections.
Check if R~S / S~T / T~R phase voltage is 208-230V ±10%
or in the range of 414-528V for 460V.
