Modify: PC [band], [pwr]

Example:
Sent: PC 0
Return: PC 0,0
Sent: PC 1,2
Return: PC 1,2
Requesting the power output for the 2 m band.
Transceiver says the power output is H.
Set the power output to EL for 1.25 m band.
Transceiver confirms.
