performing the tests.

Is the voltage on each of the terminal boards within + 10% of the
rated voltage?
Turn the power back on and check again. Is the alarm triggered
again?
Are the wires (RE1, RE2) from the reactor firmly installed?
Turn the power back on and check again. Is the alarm triggered
again?
There may be a Instantaneous blackout failure.
If there is nothing abnormal, see what happens.
