Storage
■ Store the Sandwich Maker at a dry location .
■ Wrap the power cable around the cable spool e of the cable retainer on the
rear of the appliance . Fix the cable in place using the cable clip (see fig . 1):
■ Clean the appliance as described in the chapter "Cleaning" .
Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance
does not function .
The sandwiches/
waffles/grilled
food are too dark .

Cause
The plug is not inserted into a
mains power socket .
The appliance is defective .
The sandwiches/waffles/
grilled food were in the Sand-
wich Maker for too long .
Remedy
Connect the power cable
into a mains power socket .
In this case, contact
Customer Services .
Take the sandwiches/
waffles/grilled food out
a little earlier .
