Procedure

Note

allow the user to run the test in either the 70 or 140

MHz frequency band.

The Multipath Fading Simulator requires one hour

of warm-up prior to performing these tests and

adjustments.

This procedure is to be used whenever any kind of repair

or alteration is made to the HP 11757B, even if it only

involves loosening and re-tightening a cable. Figure 1-11,

\Adjustment Procedure Flowchart", illustrates how the

adjustment procedure should be performed.

4. Check the PASS/FAIL STATUS printed at the

bottom of each printout page.

The Standard model and Option 140 provides 4

printouts plus a summary sheet.

The Option 147 provides 8 printouts plus a summary

sheet.

5. Check the PASS/FAIL STATUS printed at the

bottom of each page and the summary sheet.

6. If all the statuses are \Passed", the tests are

complete. Press the

keys, position the highlight bar
