•If alcoholic beverages are used when cooking foods
(e.g. rum, cognac, wine), remember that alcohol
evaporates at high temperatures. As a result, there is a
risk that vapours released by the alcohol may catch fire
upon coming into contact with the electrical heating
element.
•Overheated oils and fats catch fire easily. Always
remain vigilant when cooking foods rich in fat, oil or
alcohol (e.g. rum, cognac, wine).
•Never use steam cleaning equipment.
•Use only the temperature probe recommended for
this oven.
•Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal
scrapers to clean the oven door glass as they can scratch
the surface, which may result in the glass shattering.
•Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing
the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
