SETUP NEW CONFERENCE

From the Setup New Conference window in the operations window, the user may make the initial selections for
the conference.
● Organizer
The user name of the organizer. When a user is logged in as a member of a group, the group name is
supplied in this Þeld.
● Email
The Email address of the organizer.
● Subject Line
The subject line allows organizers to personalize the conference subject on a per conference basis.
● Start Time
The start time of the conference call.
● Duration
The duration of the conference call.
