Troubleshooting

Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if
the remedies indicated in the chart do not solve the problem, consult your dealer for instructions.

Sound and audio volume

No sound.
• Make sure that the unit and the Bluetooth

• While using the noise cancelling function, sound may be distorted if the Bass reactor strength level is High. Reduce
the Bass reactor strength level and the volume until there is no distortion.

The device cannot be connected.
