Troubleshooting

Malfunction Cause
The plug is not inserted into a
mains power socket.
The appliance is

Remedy
Connect the plug to the power supply.
Contact the Customer Service
department.
Fill the water tank
as described in the
section "Filling the appliance".
Remove any deposits or objects that are
blocking the water filter.
If necessary, you can remove the water filter
by pulling it straight upwards. Replace it
before using the appliance again.
To deal with stubborn deposits, proceed as
described in the section "Cleaning and care".

Remove some ice cubes from the ice

Clean the infra red sensors with a soft
cloth.
