Installing the Wired Controller
For Debris Blowers with Serial Numbers
315099999 and later (Model No. 44552,
44553, or 44554)
1. Disconnect the battery cables from the battery and
remove the battery.
Note: Disconnect the negative-battery cable first, and
then disconnect the positive-battery cable.
2. Disconnect the wire-harness leads from the TEC
controller
(Figure
8).

3. Disconnect the wire harness from the RF2CAN
(Figure
9).
Note: If you intend to install the wireless controls
again in the future, the RF2CAN and the TEC
controller should be removed.

4. Disconnect the wire harness from the key switch.
5. Remove the key switch

6. Attach the caps to the wire harness where the key
switch and RF2CAN were removed

7. Route the wire harness, so it comes out between the
front plate and the battery
Note: Do not route the wire harness out of the front
opening.
