4.6 Power over Ethernet (PoE)
Power supply and pin assignment
The voltage is transferred on the data wires 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the Ethernet cable.
With the RJ-45 plug, the pin pairs 1/2 are used for the negative and 3/6 for the positive
power supply.
