Installing the Roller Scraper with the Tensioning Tool
1. Insert the long-scraper wire and the short bushing into the inner side of a roller-head frame (Figure 1).
2. Insert the long-scraper wire into the other side of the roller-head frame (Figure 1).

Using the scraper-wire tensioning tool to hold the long-scraper wire inside the roller-head frame, tighten the nut until the wire is tight (Figure 1). Note: If you do not have the scraper-wire tensioning tool, you can use a long-nose pliers instead.
