The 3 in 1 function may not be selected if the water hardness level is above
26 grains per gallon. The detergent manufacturer's instructions must be
followed.
Note:
When selecting 2 in 1 or 3 in 1, impulses dispense rinse aid (1 milliliter) to
slowly empty the dispensing chamber. This is necessary since rinse aid
remnants, depending on their chemical composition, can clump or separate
under certain temperature and storage conditions.
The additional rinse aid dispensed as the chamber is being emptied has a
positive effect on drying results. So, if drying results deteriorate after
washing with combination products, it might be that all rinse aid remnants
have been flushed from the detergent chamber.
Note:
If detergent tabs are used which contain other components in addition to
rinse aid and salt replacement (such as glass care, stainless steel shine,
etc.), select 3 in 1.

In the MPEH circulation pump (approximately 85 watts), all three spray arms
are supplied with water at the same time. The total water circulation rate is
approximately 18 gallons per minute. Approximately 4 gallons per minute
flows through the top spray arm, approximately 9 gallons per minute through
the middle spray arm and approximately 5 gallons per minute through the
bottom spray arm. This pump version does not have a speed sensor.
