Settings
Select Settings, and then you have the following options:
Save as homepage: to save the current page as the homepage. You can press the up/down
scroll key to switch between the title editing bar and the address editing bar.
Multimedia: to set whether to show images or play background music.
Cache: to set the cache to On/Off and clear the cache.
Cookies: to enable (On) or disable (Off) cookies and clear cookies.
Accept push: to enable (On) or disable (Off) the "Accept push" function.
Security: to show the "Current certificate" and "CA certificates".
Character set: to select one of the character sets, which include the following options:
"Automatically", "Unicode (UTF-8)", "UCS-2", "GB2312" (for Simplified Chinese), and
"BIG-5" (for Traditional Chinese). After selecting a character set, press
function key to confirm.
Bookmarks
With this option you can save and edit the information of the websites that you often access.
The U526 supports OTA function. You can use the WAP service to obtain the Bookmarks
information provided by the operator (or the service provider).
Some bookmarks that have been preset on the phone are saved in this catalog. Select any one
of them, and then you can perform the following operations:
Adding a Bookmark
Select Options > Add to add a Title and Address for a bookmark.
