CAUTION

Handling precautions
These precautions are provided to ensure that performance
can be fully demonstrated. Thoroughly read these
precautions to ensure correct use.
■ Common (the ISW13F main unit, battery pack, charging
equipment, micro au IC-Card, cables)

To ensure waterproof property (equivalent to IPX5 and IPX8) and
dustproof property (IP5X) of the ISW13F, use the ISW13F with the
battery cover, external connection terminal cover, and stereo
earphone terminal cover tightly closed. Note that the waterproof
property is not guaranteed in every usage condition. Do not allow
water to get inside the ISW13F or splash water on the battery pack,
desktop holder or optional accessories. The supplied and optional
accessories are not waterproof. Do not attach/remove the battery
cover or open/close the external connection terminal cover, stereo
earphone terminal cover, or battery cover in the rain or with water
drops on the surface of the product. Doing so might cause water
intrusion resulting in internal corrosion. Malfunctions determined to
be caused by water intrusion are not covered by the warranty.

The display or internal substrate might be damaged if it is subject
to forcible impact resulting in a fault. Do not sit down with the
product in a pocket of trousers or skirt or place the product under
the heavy object in a bag. Such damage and malfunction are not
covered by the warranty, even if there is no external damage.
●
Display of the ISW13F uses hardened glass, however if it is subject
to forcible impact or a hard shock, it might break. If the display is
cracked or damaged, stop using and do not touch the damaged part
with your hands.
