Solution :- current OTA version have some software bugs and same has been fixed in new OTA B161 same
has open to all customer .
B-Screen crack -low quality screen
Cause ;- Customer mishandling /abuse
Solution :- Being mishandling case advise to customer get repair from service point
C- Oreo OTA/EMUI 8.0 update in 7x with dates
Solution: we are working on same and Oreo update will be expected April end.
D-Slow response in menu operation after OTA
Check :- 1- Back ground running app .
2- Any third party app creating issues.
3- Reset factory
4- Check hardware issue with service center visit.
Solution, :- must check any oncall recording apps creating issues, we have resolve it with remove this TP app
