Solution :-
1- Avoid operating phone during charging , keep auto brightness , Use correct charger.
2-Avoind multi Apps long time create excess heat, clear back ground apps time to time.
3- Turnoff infrequent use option like , wifi, Bluetooth, third party apps,GPS,Autoupdated apps
4-Avoid long term youtube, live TV,
5- Remove protected covers to keep on heat dissipations – Remove covers, dummy screens
6- Check any issue with phone hardware and faulty battery.
