6.4.17 Discharge Conveyor - Replace
Belt
Change the discharge belt in the following
manner:
1. Disconnect the power cord to the
discharge motor.
2. Disconnect the conveyor and remove it
from the wrapper.
3. Place the conveyor on a bench on its
side.
4. Remove the bottom guard.
5. Lift up the nose roller at each end and
slide the nose roller assemblies out of
the mounting brackets.
6. Slide the old belt off and replace with
the new belt.
7. Reassemble in reverse order.
