PRECAUTIONS
When an abnormality occurs in the machine during operation, you can do it yourself safely. If you
have to stop machine motion immediately for parts exchanging, you should do so according to the
following procedures:
 Press HYDRAULIC MOTOR OFF button or EMERGENCY STOP button.
 Open the electrical enclosure door.
 Turn off breaker.
BEFORE ANY ADJUSTMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO
TURN OFF THE MACHINE AND DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY.
GENERAL TROUBLES AND SOLUTIONS
DISCONNECT POWER CORD TO MOTOR BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY REPAIR OR INSPECTION.

PROBABLE CAUSE
SUGGESTED REMEDY
Adjust belt tension so that belt does not slip on drive
pulley while cutting ( 1/2" Min. deflection of belt under
moderate pressure.)
Reduce head pressure. Refer to Operating Instructions
"Adjusting Feed".
Refer to Operating Instructions "Speed Selection".
Refer to Operating Instructions "Blade Selection".
Replace blade.
Refer to Adjustments.
Set fixed vise jaw 90 to blade.
Reduce head pressure. Refer to operating instructions
"Adjusting Feed."
Replace blade
Increase head pressure. Refer to Operating Instructions
"Adjusting Feed."
Refer to Operating Instructions "Speed Selection."
Reverse rotation of motor. (Motor rotation C.C.W.
pulley end.)
Remove blade, turn blade inside out.
Re-install blade. (Teeth must point in direction of
travel. )
Use special alloy blades. (Consult your
industrial distributor for recommendation on type of
blade required.)
