Go to http://www.google.com.

The log-in screen for "Picasa Web Albums by Google" appears.

Enter [Email] and [Password], and click [Sign in].
The user registration screen for "Picasa Web Albums by Google" appears.

Register for "Picasa Web Albums by Google" by following the on-screen
instructions.
After completing the user registration for "Picasa Web Albums by Google, " proceed to "Logging in to
Picasa Web Albums by Google. "
