Press the operation stick on the remote control unit in the ¢ or 4 direction, or press the ¢ key or 4 key on the
main unit when a track is being played back.
÷ The next track will be selected whenever the ¢ key is pressed once. Press and hold down the key to increase the
track count at high speed.
÷ Press the 4 key once to return to the beginning of the track currently being played back. Press the key once more
to select the previous track. Press and hold down the key to decrease the track count at high speed.
Fast forward/fast reverse (SEARCH) (only by remote control operation) (25 page)
1 Press the operation stick once in the SEARCH MODE direction when a track is being played back.
2 Press and hold down the operation stick in the ¢ or 4 direction.
For forward search:Keep pressing the ¢ key when a track is being played back.
For reverse search: Keep pressing the 4 key when a track is being played back.
÷ When you lift your finger off the key, normal playback will be resumed.
Group Search (only by remote control operation) (page 26)
1 Press the operation stick once in the SEARCH MODE direction when a track is not being played back.
Press the operation stick twice in the SEARCH MODE direction when a track is being played back.
2 Press the operation stick in the ¢ or 4 direction when "GROUP 4/¢" is being displayed to select the group.
÷ The groups change each time the stick is pressed and playback will start from the first track of the selected group.

The mode changes each time the SOUND key is pressed.
