Setting up desired sound quality (only by remote control operation) (page 28)
The sound mode sets the sound quality selected with "User Preset."
1 Press the SOUND key and select "User Preset".
2 Press the SOUND key for 2 or more consecutive seconds.
3 Press the VOLUME + or – keys when "BASS" is being displayed to set the level of the bass tone.
4 Press the SOUND key once when "BASS" is being displayed.
5 Press the VOLUME + or – keys when "TREBLE" is being displayed to set the level of the treble tone (proceed to step
6 for DMC-Q55).
6 Press the SOUND key once when "TREBLE" is being displayed.
7 Press the VOLUME + or – keys when "SURROUND" is being displayed
The mode changes each time the + or – keys are pressed.
"OFF": Cancel the sound mode.

"3D-2" Select the sound of your liking.
"3D-3"
Menu Operations
Setting the Upper Panel and Lower Panel Displays for the Display Mode
1 Press the operation switch once in the MENU direction to set up the display for the upper panel.
Press the operation switch twice in the MENU direction to set up the display for the lower panel.
2 Press the operation stick in the ¢ or 4 direction when the display area is flashing.
The mode changes each time the ¢ or 4 keys are pressed.
÷ The display mode is set when the flashing display is steadily illuminated.

Disc name display ("DISC")
Track name display ("TRACK")
Group name display ("GROUP")
