Cause/Remedy
• UP watchdog (or unit arranged in
parallel) set to "ON" position
(permanent light) via slide
switch
– Set slide switch in position
"automatic mode" (if necessary,
secure position by screw)
• Switching brightness wrongly
adjusted in bright surroundings
or in case of stray light
incidence
– Turn setscrew towards the "Sun"
or "Moon" symbols as required
• Lens dirty
– Clean lens with a wet cloth
• UP watchdog connections
– check and repair, if necessar y
• UP watchdog mounting position
– check and change, if necessary
