Adding an Entry to the Address Book
Often-called phone numbers, names, E-mail addresses,
etc. can be stored for easy access.
<Example> Adding a name, telephone number and E-mail address to the Address Book.

From the Standby screen,
press for more than one second.
The Address Book edit screen will be displayed.

Using , choose (Name) and

press [Select].

Enter the name and press [Complete] .
●When entering a Japanese name, the reading will
automatically appear.

Using , choose (Phone No.1) and
press [Select].

Enter the telephone number and
press [Complete] .
●When the number is a standard landline, be sure
to include the area code.

Using , choose the type of
telephone number and press [Select].
The icon that corresponds to your choice will
appear.
If you do not wish to enter an E-mail address,

proceed to Step 10.

Using , Choose (EMailAdd1) and
press [Select].

Enter the E-mail address and
press [Complete].

Using , choose the type of E-mail address
and press [Select].
The icon that corresponds to your choice will
appear.

Press [Complete].
A pop-up screen with the memory location number
will appear.

Press [Complete].
The entry is saved to the Address Book.
●Up to 1000 entries may be saved in the Address Book.
●Under each entry, 3 items of telephone number, E-mail address may be
saved.
●The memory location number will automatically be assigned as the smallest
unallocated number between 000 ‒ 999. You are also able to over-ride this
and enter your own number using the Dial Keys.
