Refer to WIRING CONNECTION DIAGRAM.
< CHECKING PROCEDURE >
No operation
(LED does not light)
Check Power cord.
OK
Check Power Switch
OK
Check Circuit assembly b/k
LED light, but Iron
Plate(Heater)
does not become hot
Check Iron plate of Heater
A : Housing side
OK
Check Iron plate of Heater
B : Press plate side
OK
Check the Lead Wire
Check Circuit assembly b/k
< CHECKING METHOD >
Check the conductivity
of power cord.
Check continuous at Switch ON
position
Check resistance value between lead
wires of the Housing side assy is
approx. 20.0±1.0Ω
Check resistance value between lead
wires of the Press plate side assy is
approx. 20.0±1.0Ω
Check connecting of Lead Wire

Replace the Power Cord

Replace Power switch

Replace Ciruit assembly b/k

Replace Heater A ass'y b/k
