Reference indoor machine circuit diagram to ensure
that PG feedback circuit device without welding,
welding, control circuit diagram tagging model of
device parameters such as resistance, voltage
measurement, if the device is damaged, please
replace the same type of device.

Sensor is bad (resistance value table of measurement
are usually deviated from the larger)

Processing Method
To insert the terminal socket, accordingly to ensure good
contact.
Replacement of the same model sensor
Make sure the connection sequence and label consistent
with the axis of the unit
Replace the same specifications of insurance tube
Maintenance master control board switching power
supply or replace the module board
Ensure device D101, D107, K101 without welding, welding, the wel
ding, if D101 (17 feet) no output, change the main chips;If the D101
(17 feet) normal D107 (10 feet) without output ULN2003 replacem
ent;If K101 (1 foot) control signal and 2 at about 12 v voltage betwe
en foot and ground, but the 3 feet no ac voltage 220 v and N, replac
ement of the same type of relay.
Detect C112, positive and negative voltage across a capacitor to a +
24 VDC, if not, check R141 (22 k) resistance, VD105 n4007 (1), VD1
09 (W05Z24B) diode is normal;Check the communication circuit co
mponents for virtual welding, failure problem;If Available,
oscilloscope check each part of the communication circuit
waveform.
Replace the module
