Setup reset

For setup reset send the SMS "90" to the controller. Combi Control
responds with SETUP report:
"Owner: All; Users: All; Pump: All; Ring 2,2,2; Param: 5, 24, 180".
This means Owner is not specified; all users can send commands;
the pump model is not specified, call commands are set to default;
"LOW TEMPERATURE" message will be sent when room temperature
drops below 5 °C , "NO POWER" message blackout is in 24 hours and the
"SERVICE" alarm message interval is 180 days.
