Troubleshooting

Check the following before asking for service.
If the problem still persists,
disconnect the power plug and contact an authorized dealer or the store where the unit was purchased for repair.
Symptom
The air purifier does not
operate.
Operation does not stop in
ÒPatrol ModeÓ.
The air quality monitor
remains ÒredÓ.
Odors are not extracted
properly.
Impurities are not extracted
from the air properly.
The air filter operates noisily.
The air purifier does not
operate even though the
air is dirty.
The air quality monitor
remains ÒblueÓ.
Symptom
The air purifier operates
even though the
air is clean.
The air purifier operates
even though the Air quality
monitor is in ÒblueÓ.
Check / Remedy
Is the power plug connected securely
to the wall socket?
The pollutant sensor may be affected by steam
(water vapor), oil fumes, sprays or gases
from a heater.
Is the sensor switch set to "Hi"?
Set the sensitivity to "Lo".
Is the main unit or air intake soiled?
Clean the main unit and/or air intake grille.
 If this does not solve the problem, replace with
 a new the deodorizing filter with a new one.
Is the composite air filter dirty?
Clean the composite air filter.
 If this does not solve the problem, replace with
  a new the composite air filter with a new one.
Is the air purifier placed in a location where it is
difficult to filter air pollutants?
Move the air purifier to a different location.
  Or, set the operation mode to "Hi".
Are you using the air purifier in a room that is
too large for it?
Is the sensor switch set to "Lo"?
Set the sensitivity to "Hi".
Operation is Normal
Is the "Patrol Mode" function on?
The "Patrol Mode" function is circulating
  room air to detect pollution.
