I do not hear a dial tone
I can hear dial tone in
the handset, but I am
unable to place or
receive phone calls.
Please check the cable connection
between the IP phone and the handset.
Please make sure that the A/C adapter
is connected to both the power outlet on
the wall and the phone.
Replace the cable used to connect the
IP phone to the handset with a new one.
(If you don't have another cable, bring
the old cable to a telephone or computer
store and show them, they can help.)
If you do not hear dial tone from
handset, try pressing the SPEAKER
button on the phone to see if you can
hear a dial tone. Please also check the
connection cable between the handset
and the phone.
Try a higher volume setting.
Contact your dealer if the solutions
above don't work.
If you hear a normal busy tone, the number
you are calling may be busy, offline, or the
phone number you dialed is incorrect.
Please try again later and make sure that
the phone number you dialed is correct.
If you see a "Not Registered" or "NO IP"
message on the LCD display, please check
the network connections first. If the network
is working, please contact your service
