Possible Cause
The monitoring board is
disconnected.

Solutions
Check whether the control area
network (CAN) cable is in loose
contact. If yes, connect it securely.
Use the latest upgrade package to
activate the board.

Check whether the run indicator
of the monitoring board is steady
on. If no, replace the monitoring
board.
•
Check whether the CAN cable is
securely connected.
Check the input power.
Check whether the back-end current
is short-circuited or experiences
overcurrent.
Check all output load power.
Replace the input AC SPD.
Check the circuit of the branch.
Check the load power of the branch.
Check the cable insulation of the
output branch.
