2. Disable the sleep mode, as this is not fully supported for software flow control.
3. Compile the amended source codes.
4. Download the output .hex-files onto the sticks by using Dialogs Connection Manager or
Keil µVision
5. Launch two terminals (e.g. Tera Term) with the corresponding COM port and the
following settings:

Baud Rate: 115 200 bps
–
Data Bits: 8
–
Stop Bits: 1
–
Parity: None
–
Flow Control: Xon/Xoff
6. Start data exchange.
The data transmission happens immediately. One terminal window will stay empty
for unidirectional data transfer as depicted below.
