RESOLUTION

HP recommends that you modify /etc/X11/xorg.conf or use the aticonfig tool to use a new screen
resolution.
To do this, modify the Section "screen" of the appropriate configuration file to include additional
modes, such as Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600" 640x480"
The aticonfig tool can also be used to modify the screen resolution
To do this, execute:
# init 3
# /opt/hp/graphics/ati/configure
These steps will place a /etc/X11/xorg.conf template into place which contains the full list of mode
resolutions.
