PowerPoint features that are not supported on your HP iPAQ include:
• Notes: Notes written for slides are not visible.
• Rearranging or editing slides: PowerPoint Mobile is a viewer only.
To access PowerPoint Mobile, tap Start > Programs >
PowerPoint Mobile.
Using Modem Link
You can use your HP iPAQ as a wireless modem. The Modem Link software
is preinstalled on your HP iPAQ and guides you during the installation
process. If you have not done so, install a GPRS-enabled SIM into your
HP iPAQ before setting up Modem Link. You also need to install the software
drivers (located on the Getting Started CD) on to your personal computer.
Before you can begin using Modem Link, be sure you have a cellular
connection. If you do not have a connection, you cannot launch the
application.
To activate the Modem Link connection and connect to the Internet:
1. On your HP iPAQ, tap Start > Programs > Modem Link.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
To start using Modem Link:
1. Click Start > Accessories > Modem Link.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE When you are not using Modem Link, be sure to deactivate it to
avoid having problems using ActiveSync in the same session.
Using the Digital Camera
Digital Imaging Features
The built-in HP Photosmart Camera allows you to turn your HP iPAQ into a
mobile digital-imaging center. You can share images through e-mail or the
Internet or transfer files to your HP iPAQ for storage. You can also configure
image quality, video, self-timer, file store, AE metering, and camera sound
settings. From the Start menu, tap Programs > Photosmart Camera.
Then tap the Menu icon for these settings
To take advantage of all built-in camera features, you must ensure that
appropriate software is loaded on your personal computer. The software
described below is included on your HP iPAQ or the Getting Started CD.
