Motorola Smart Safe App Accounts
The Motorola Smart Safe app features multi-user support for one owner and additional users. To
add a user:
1. Open the Motorola Smart Safe app.
2. From the main screen, select "Users."
3. Tap the Plus (+) icon
4. Enter the email address of the user you want to add.
5. Select Access Type.
6. Choose the specific devices you want the new user to be able to access.
7. Follow any remaining on-screen instructions.
8. Tap the Send Invite button to finish.
Connected Mode
This mode is internet-enabled with support for smartphone app alerts, reminders, reporting, and
remote operation. Connected Mode is the recommended mode of operation. If internet
connectivity is lost or out of range, the safe will securely default to Offline Mode.
Offline Mode
This mode is NOT internet-connected and uses the safe's basic onboard visual and audio alarms
and indicators.

Visit the App Store® or Google Play™ store for the most current requirements.
The Smart Safe App
The App is available in the
Push Notifications
View your Motorola Smart Safe app to update your notification settings and turn notifications on
or off.
Notifications include:
● Door Open Events
● Door Closed Events
● Door Le Open Alerts
● Security Events
● Settings Updated
● Updates Available
