This limited warranty gives the original owner of the product specific legal rights, with such rights possibly

removed or defaced; (ii) the product was not distributed by ITSmart; (iii) the product was not purchased from an
authorized ITSmart reseller; and (iv) the product shell or casing was opened by anyone other than ITSmart or an
