The Connect Box is a simple, universal, and open IoT solution to connect and
monitor small and medium-sized buildings
Connects equipment from buildings via plug & play: IoT sensors, meters, heating,
air conditioning, air handling systems, building management systems (BMS).
Easy and quick to install: Accessible for all. If the building already has a BMS, the
device connects to the main bus as the third party. If there is no BMS, a BMS
network is directly created by the device.
Telemetry and controls: Collects data and controls equipment.
Smart converter: Unifies various field communication protocols on one device.
Web-connected: Automatically connects to the cloud via 3G/4G or ethernet cable.
Powerful IoT device: Combines the essential functionality of a gateway, a PLC, a
modem, and an edge device.

With the Connect Box cloud license, data can either be sent to a server by API Restful or MQTT (connection with LAN or 4G, SIM card is provided and pre-mounted), or be converted locally to BACnet IP or Modbus IP.

Configuration, pairing of equipment, and selection of properties are carried out remotely on our web platform (console of configuration) thanks to a provided 4G SIM card used only for configuration.
