Attention Turn off the power and disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet before you replace the air filter unit. When attaching the air filter unit, make sure that the projector is stable, and work in an environment that is safe, even in the event of the air filter unit dropping. Do not put anything into the air vents. Doing so may result in malfunction of the projector. Be sure to reset the filter counter after replacing the air filter unit. Replacing the air filter unit (continued) 4) Attach the new air filter unit (Replacement Filter Unit) to the air filter cover. There is a distinction between the inside and outside of the air filter unit. Align the red mark on the air filter unit with the red mark on the air filter cover. Air filter unit Inside (Smooth fibre) Red mark Outside (Cotton-like fibre) Air filter cover Insert the air filter unit to the side with the 2 hooks and then press the other side of the air filter unit into the cover side with 1 hook. Perform Step 2) in the reverse order to close the air filter cover, and push in the air filter cover securely until it clicks into place.
