    2. Functions System Tags Monitor self OIS-DS system. In OIS-DS, system tags provide access support to the system and notify of status changes for alarm control. Monitoring Functions Event Conditions OIS(SVR) controls the event conditions used to trigger guidance or history message printing, and the bit data indicating occurrence/recovery of events.

    2. Functions Redundancy Control For redundant OIS(SVR), online/standby is switched when the online OIS(SVR) goes down. Switching is performed when; 1) online/Stand-by is switched manually. 2) operation of the online OIS(SVR) stops, or 3) an error occurs in the online OIS(SVR), which becomes a stand-by OIS(SVR). Table 2.3 shows the redundant functions in the redundant system.
  • Page 35: Station Timer Synchronization

OIS(SVR) monitors the timers of OIS-DS and Controllers/AEGW/PLCS connected to the Ethernet control LAN of the TOSDIC-CIE DS system at regular intervals (in about 5-minumte cycles). When the allowable time difference (within 5 seconds) is exceeded, the timer is set to the system timer of the self OIS(SVR).
