1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT use the bore scope if dropped and/or damaged.

DO NOT operate near live electrical wires.

DO NOT operate near moving parts such as pulleys, motors, gears or fans etc.

DO NOT bend the bore scope shaft tighter than 7cm radius (14cm diameter).

DO NOT expose the bore scope housing to water or other liquids.
7
DO NOT insert the bore scope shaft into locations whose temperature is greater than 113F° (45C°).

 Maintain the bore scope in good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
 A full range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey dealer.
 Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. Do not wear jewellery and tie back long hair.
 Account for all tools and parts being used and do not leave any in, or near, the engine.
 Be alert to your surrounding environment while using the bore scope.
Note the location of the object to be inspected and determine a route to it. Bend the bore scope shaft to follow
the route.
2. INTRODUCTION
Compact and versatile unit with colour video camera on a flexible Ø6 x 1000mm probe and 89mm LCD screen.
Suitable for viewing internal inspection of cylinder head bores, engine compartments and other
machinery/industrial applications. Features three tip mounted mirrors, 30º, 45º and 60º allowing a clear view in
confined spaces and a magnet attachment. Fitted with AV-out port and supplied with AV cable.
Supplied with comprehensive instructions in carry-case.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT use excessive force to insert or retrieve shaft from the equipment or areas under inspection.

DO NOT use the tip to push against objects or to clear a path. This instrument is for remote viewing only.

DO NOT bend any part of the shaft tighter than a 2.5 inch radius (5 inch diameter).

DO NOT insert the scope shaft and tip into locations where the temperature is greater than 113F° (45C°).

DO NOT vibrate, bang, or drop your scope. It is not shock resistant.
