REVIEW OF INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT
The following table lists the promising effects (estimation) for each item of
countermeasure examples (refer to the previous page). When taking actual
countermeasures, refer to the list to determine the priorities.
Countermeasure
A
Decrease Carrier frequency E600 (Pr.72).
B
Increase Input filter time constant T002 (Pr.74).
Install a radio noise filter FR-BIF(-H).
C
(For FR-A800 series, turn ON the built-in EMC filter.)
D
Install a line noise filter FR-BSF01 or FR-BLF.
Wire the power supply cable with a metal conduit or
E
shield cable.
Install an isolation transformer or noise suppression
F
transformer.
G
Separate the power supply system.
H
Install a line noise filter FR-BSF01 or FR-BLF.
Wire the output cable with a metal conduit or shield
I
cable.
Use 4-core cable for motor power cable and use one
J
cable as earthing (grounding) cable.
Use a twisted pair shielded cable for the signals from the
K
sensor.
L
Connect the shield to the sensor signal common cable.
Do not earth (ground) the sensor power supply unit
M
directly to the enclosure.
Earth (ground) the sensor power supply unit using a
N
capacitor.
Use a shielded cable for input signals and connect the
O
shield to common (input terminal) SD.
Use a twisted pair shield cable for the speed input and
P
connect the shield to the terminal 5.
Attach a commercially available ferrite core to the speed
Q
input cable (at the input side of the connected device).
Reduce the output circuit impedance of the connected
R
device.
Keep a distance of 30 cm or more between the sensor
S
circuit and the inverter or its power cable.
Do not run cables in parallel with each other and do not
T
bundle them.
U
Install the shielding plate.
V
Keep the device away from earth.
Attach a commercially available ferrite core to the input
W
side of the connected device.
