This diagnostic indicates the general status of the DCT 2000. Figure B-2 illustrates the LEDs,
which alternate between the error code and the purchases count:
The purchases count is used by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to check returned
DCT 2000 for uncollected purchases, that are used to close out a subscriber's account. The
largest error code takes priority.
Figure B-3 illustrates the DCT 2000 STATUS OSD, which displays the error code, a short
description of the error, the purchases count, and specific model information:
