Removing the crosspiece

Before replacing the main memory, you will need to remove the crosspiece.

Open the housing
•
Remove the ventilation duct
•
Remove the side fan
•
Grasp the crosspiece by the lug (a) and unhook it from the brackets in the housing.
•
Pull the crosspiece slightly out of the housing in the direction of the arrow (1).
•
Detach the crosspiece from the brackets (b) on the back of the housing.
•
Remove the crosspiece from the housing in the direction of the arrow (2).
