The MEMory:LOCk command locks or unlocks a file in the internal memory. The
MEMory:LOCk? query returns status indicating whether a file is locked or not
locked. The following operations cannot be performed on a locked file:
H File deletion using MEMory:DELete
H File overwriting using MEMory:COPY or load operations
H Commenting of files using MEMory:COMMent
H File renaming using MEMory:REName
