4. Remove the blastwheel covers.
5. Put an applicable tool in the blastwheels to prevent
rotation. Remove the bolts.
6. Remove the blastwheels.
7. Install the blastwheels in opposite sequence.

CAUTION:
when you install the new blastwheels.
8. Turn the new blastwheel manually. Make sure that
the blastwheel turns freely and does not hit the
control cage.
To do a check of the chain tension of
the drive system
WARNING:
without the chain cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 20 .
2. Remove the chain cover.
3. Push the chain to examine the tension. If you can
push the chain a distance of 5 mm, the tension is
correct.
4. Loosen the nuts.
