Preparation

Before going to the job site, make sure to bring the following items to ensure a correct
maintenance in the most efficient time possible.
•
• Check the FW version and LOGO! version.
– Ask for the customer's agreement to update in case new software is available.
– Prepare a USB stick and microSD card for these updates.
• Check and use latest version of the Preventive Maintenance Checklist

• Check for available and latest versions of the Q-Feedbacks
d-manuals) and if they are applicable. Make sure you are logged in and the Intranet view
is enabled.
• Check if additional spare parts for maintenance are required.
• Check for current error flag events and events that have occurred in the recent days. Be
prepared to resolve them on the same trip to the site.

Estimated time
Keep in mind that the estimated time to complete all maintenance steps is approximately 2.5
hours for the SICHARGE D and 1.5 hours for the Dispenser.
